Bike Rental.
If you decide to skip the frustrating and oftentimes painful experience of driving in Krakow, cycling is, both mentally and physically, a healthier option.
But cycling in the city centre isn't always a breeze and if you do decide to rent a bicycle it is much better to get out of the city and enjoy the freedom of open space along riverside cycle paths than weave through congested traffic in the old town.
If you are determined to cycle in the city, then the cycle paths in the pedestrianised old town are ideal. In this area you will be able to enjoy the main Market Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle, the buildings of Jagiellonian University and the Jewish Quarters by bike. This route can also take you through the green Planty gardens and along the banks of the Vistula river.
